✅ Eligibility & Qualification
General Eligibility
- Applicant Odisha का permanent resident/domicile होना चाहिए।
- Applicant केवल SC या ST category से होना चाहिए।
- Annual gross family income ₹12,00,000 से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए।
- Applicant को Top 200 QS-ranked foreign University/Institution से unconditional offer of admission प्राप्त होना चाहिए।
